1, The nature of the material. It mainly includes the hardness, humidity, grindability and physical and chemical properties of the material. The er the hardness and the higher the grindability of the material, the more difficult it is to break, and the material with high humidity is easy to bond, which is not conducive to the improvement of product quality. 2, Feeding size. When the feed size is too large, the work load of the crusher will be overloaded, which will not only fail to fully crush the materials, but also easily cause equipment failures, the materials will not be fully crushed, and the discharging granularity will become larger and uneven. 3, Rotation speed of eccentric shaft. Appropriately increasing the speed of the eccentric shaft of the crusher can improve the crushing efficiency and the fineness of the finished product, and reduce the needle-like particles in the finished material. Fourth, the size of the discharge opening. This is the direct factor that determines the particle size of the cone crusher. With a large discharge opening, the particle size of the finished product is natur y large. However, the size of the discharge opening is adjusted based on the production requirements.
